Video Embed

Embeds a video from YouTube, Vimeo, or any other provider WordPress can auto-embed.

Video Embed drops a video into the page, either inline or behind a lightbox play button. It uses WordPress's built-in oEmbed, so it works with YouTube, Vimeo, and any other URL WordPress can auto-embed.

Add it

In WPBakery, click Add Element and pick Video Embed from the Highend Shortcodes category. Or use the shortcode. See Shortcode.

Common settings

Video Embed also has Entrance Animation, Entrance Delay, and Extra class name fields. See the Elements overview.

Shortcode

[video_embed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxfK4LANqww" embed_style="default" border="yes"]

If the URL can't be embedded, visitors see a "Failed to load media" message instead of the video.

More ways to open a video

For an image card, a styled play button, a text link or an Animated Button that opens a video, use Video Lightbox. In Lightbox works for the videos it plays (YouTube, Vimeo, other sites WordPress can embed, and video files) even with the Lightbox module off.
